Refund Policy

At The Relief Zone™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
You may return a product that has been used to evaluate whether it works for your specific condition, as long as it shows no visible damage (such as scratches or marks) and is returned in its original packaging.

For any return inquiries, please contact us at info@thereliefzone.com. Our team will respond within 12 hours to assist you with the process.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for any damages within 2 business days. If the item is in perfect condition, we will process your refund.

Return Instructions
Please ensure your return package includes a note containing your order number and the email address associated with the order.

Return Shipping
While we offer free international shipping for purchases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to provide your own shipping label. We will supply the return address but will not cover any shipping fees.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Relief Zone™ is not responsible for lost return packages. If the item is lost in transit, we will not issue a refund since the item was never returned to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the situation and make it right as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return your original item and place a new order. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with the purchase of the new item.

Dispatched Orders
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it. If an order is held by the shipping company due to additional customer information needed for delivery, and you choose not to provide this information, we cannot refund the full cost of the product. Shipping fees we incur to send your order will be deducted from your refund in such cases.

Cancelled Orders
If an order is canceled before shipment, we will process a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the order and then follow the return process to be eligible for a refund.

Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the package is not picked up, you will be responsible for any additional replacement fees. We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Refunds and replacements in such cases will depend on the shipping company's policies.

If you change your address after placing the order, we cannot guarantee that the update will process in time. If the package is delivered to the old address, we are not responsible and no refund will be provided.

Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Due to security reasons, we can only refund the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Simply contact us through customer service as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Please try to request cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Expedited shipping fees and other surcharges will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation.
